Hello!

Hello! Welcome to Protect the Family. 

This is where I talk about some social issues we face at the very center of society : the family. I will talk about marriages, families, divorce, gender, and much more from a secular (and empirical) view, as well as that of a religious point of view. These opinions are my own, but I hope to shed some light in this dark world and help us remember that we really do need our families, and who better to defend the family than us, right here. Right now. 

Little bit about me: I love the outdoors, I love road trips, I love to read, I love to bake/cook, I love good discussions, and of course I love families! Marriage and Family is not only my degree I am pursuing - but my passion. I enjoy spending time with my husband, and am grateful for his constant support. 

I am the fifth of eight children. Five of those children are boys, which definitely led to a crazy household growing up. I loved it all though and wouldn't take back what I have learned for anything.
